500强美资 - Should Cost 成本管理 工作地点：杨浦区霍山路398号光大安石中心（地铁12号线/4号线大连路站，步行直达） 主要工作内容： 1.完成新品项目should cost 工作以及分析成本差异。 2.协助完成should cost 新模型开发工作。 3.协助采购进行降本工作，如成本分析工作。 4.向项目团队或者设计团队提供VAVE降本idea。 5.审核供应商工艺流程、生产效率，帮助供应商提高成本竞争性。 职位要求： 1.本科，机械制造类专业或财务专业 2.从事汽车零部件成本分析或具有铸造、机加工制造类相关工作3年以上工作经验。熟悉汽车零部件制造工艺，模具生产或者供应商成本管理工作经验。 3.具有较好的沟通能力和团队协助能力。 4.可接受40%的工作时间短频出差。 5.熟悉3D软件（UG,Pro/E,Catia）加分，熟练使用Excel等办公软件。 6.可用英文工作交流为佳。 Job Requirements 1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical manufacturing or finance 2.Engaged in cost analysis of auto parts or with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in casting, machining and manufacturing. Familiar with automotive component manufacturing processes, tooling production, or supplier cost management experience. 3. Have good communication skills and team assistance skills. 4. Working hours with a travel frequency of 40% are acceptable. 5.Familiar with 3D software (UG, Pro/E, Catia), skilled in using Excel and other office software. 6. Oral English for work. Main work content 1. Complete the should cost for new project and analyze cost differences. 2. Assist in the development of a new model for should cost. 3. Support procurement in cost reduction, such as cost analysis. 4.Provide VAVE ‘s ideas to the project team or design team for cost reduction. 5. Review supplier process flow and production efficiency to help suppliers to improve the cost competitiveness.
