1. Greeting visitors in professional manners and answer incoming calls or enquiries;
2. Mailing and courier handling;
3. Weekly flower purchasing and arrangement;
4.Admin support to the office as assigned.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in admin support preferred;
• CET-4 holder or above, fluent communication in both Chinese and English;
• A good team player;
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
