工作内容：
1. Responsible for all China employees' social benefits by working with third party vendors
2. Responsible for employee’s contract/non-compete and Pfile management
3. Responsible for employee’s workforce policy management (ie:Retirement/Intern/Contingent/Part-time)
4. Collaborate with vendors and HR partners to pro-actively manage and monitor service delivery, and identify opportunities for process and service improvements
5. Support wellness program and total benefits promotion
6. Patriciate in market benefits survey and audit if any
7. Support ad-hoc C 能熟练使用今日招聘网，招聘号的维护
