POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for handing the daily work for purchasing, such as order release, supplier contract management, etc. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • System order generation and release • Supplier code system application • Systematic payment requests • Contract management, contract approval and filing • Daily inquiry, delivery tracking, exception handling, etc • System maintenance and monthly financial statement recognition • Assist the Purchasing Manager in other arrangements QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Technical or related. • Have good communication, attention to detail and strong initiative • Excellent command of English and Mandarin. • A minimum of 3 months of continuous internship is required
